hey amy :)

if you use a hard gel topcoat you will get cracking cuz of the flexibility
issue. fi you need something now, try a topcoat that has a sticky layer,
like le's super shiney. that kind is supposed to me softer and more
flexible.

Hey, all! Long time no "see" :) I bet a whole bunch of you don't
have a clue who I even AM. Hahahaha! Fot those who do... ::waves::
Anyway...

I have been updating my webpages, and I am *sure* that there is some
old information on my "Salons Outside of Denver" page, because I
cannot even REMEMBER the last time I updated it. Would you *please*
check it out and if you're on there with OLD information, drop me an
email and update it? I have been having a lot of folks ask me about
good nailtechs elsewhere lately. For those who aren't on there and
WANT to be, feel free to also drop me a line with the information that
shows on other listings (website, name, name of salon, addy, phone).
http://www.nailzbyamy.com/links.html I will be removing links that do
not work at all in the next couple of days. (BTW, are any of you in
Boston?? Have an immediate need for a tech there).

Now on to the question:
I've finally delved into the realm of SOGs. I have decided to add eco
to my menu of services, and plan on offering a slight discount for the
first couple of weeks using it. One reason for the discount is that I
do not have the top coat currently (I plan on ordering it today or
tomorrow). Until I receive the top coat, what can I use? Right now,
I have the eco on my own nails with NO topcoat. It is lovely, but I
am worried about the porous thing, being that I use acetone and such
all day. Would Pro-Tec/Intense Seal work for now (yes, I know I would
have to file those off before trying to soak off the eco), and if it
would, do I use it WITHOUT wiping the dispersion layer?

Hopefully, I will be more active...
