When I first started using Akzentz I had the same problem. Then I took a class with Gina and learned that I was applying it too thick, more like an enhancement. Now I put it on thin thin thin and it's all good. Soaks right off. Also, doing the foil and cotton thing works waaaaaay better than soaking in a dish.
