I use either a sanding band or a carbide to reduce thickness.

Thanks Kelley,

I have alot of clients that have really thick toe nails and the current
cordless drill I have does a good job...just have to be careful to keep move
the bit around. Just trying to find out if someone has a really good system for
"challenged toes"...LOL!

I am trying to locate a podiatrist in my area that will let me intern a day a
week for free. Has any one else tried this yet?
