Just let them know the reason is the break the seal of the product. It is
needed for proper removal.

Yes. I would have done that if I had known that it was going to take that
long. A couple of the clients I put it on were natural mani clients and do
not want me to file it off (so I am wondering how the 30 min soak off is
going to go). Wondering if the ECO will take that long also. I am proficient
with the efile, what do you tell your clients abou filing it off if they ask
about hearing it soaks off?
