I have noticed that on the soak off appointment after the 2-3rd time, it takes almost 30 min to soak off. Base and all is soaking off. How do you just soak off the color? This is why I was not a fan of this service...but you all on the nailtech list are so caught up in it, I got some. I ordered the Eco kit because it was such a good deal. Not here yet. But...I did a client today and it took 30 min to soak that stuff off. I ran behind all day(this is why I don't like soak off stuff). Help! I followed all the steps and used all the OPI stuff and I am profecient in gels (21 years)

The new lines of gel, eco, Gelish, Shellac, Jesica, and the yet to hit the market, Gellac, etc all are a slightly different formulation/technology than Axxium and all the soak offs that appear around the same time as Axxium. These new gels soak off in 5-10 minutes depending on the brand and how many layers you use, if you opted for boner or primer. All these things will effect soak time.

I will check on your order Monday and let you know when to expect it!
