I make them at ease and show them a photo from a chop shop and damage from dremel misuse. Then I show them my photos on Facebook of all my clients after *I* remove it with my e-file. I have never damaged a clients' nails yet. They have to trust me. I also remove mine weekly and they can see my nails are in great shape.
