It must be really thick OR you used a protein type primer like YN Protein Bond on the entire nail, when soaking off you only want it on the free edge or else it will not soak off easily. Make sure you are taking a sanding band and removing the top layer, then soak cotton with acetone and wrap in foil, pull down your table light to add heat and in 5-7 minutes, remove foil and gently push finger by finger, remove any residue and prep with your sanding band and you are good to go for reapplication. We can do a remove and reapply in 30 minutes.
