Hi Della,
I use the foil and cotton with acetone to remove Gelish from the
natural nails.  I make sure the foil is tightly folded and let it sit
for 5 minutes.  I notice that if it sits longer, it re-hardens.  I
prep one nail at a time so by the time I prep one nail the next is
ready for removal.  It takes me about 45 minutes for removal/re-app.
I never put a file to the nail bed-only a buffer.  I have never done a
refill on Gelish.  How long does it take you for a Gellish fill?
