Angie,

I remove as I explained above. We already have foil and cotton packs made
up, you just grap a pack.

Using sanding band, remove top layer.
Soak cotton with acetone and wrap with foil, pull down light for heat.
In 7 minutes, remove foil, gently slide off product one nail at a time.
Remove any residue left and prep with your sanding band. We are at the 10
minute mark here 15 minutes tops.
Dust off, apply Protein Bond only to the free edge (I don't dehydrate or use
Swipe or anything like that)
Apply Base to one hand, Cure 30 seconds or the amount of time it takes you
to apply to the second hand. Cure second hand.
Apply first, thin coat of color, Cure 2 minutes
Apply second coat, cure 2 minutes
Apply top coat, cure 2 minutes
Lightly file sidewalls and free edge to remove scratchies.
Spray with Solar Speed Spray to condition the cuticles without dripping in
oil and you are done!

Personally, I soak off so that the client, in their mentality, thinks it is
still a natural nail service. This IS an enhancement service, IMHO,
however, you have to think like the client. "IF" we file it off, they get
the perception that this is an enhancement and most of these clients think
that enhancements are BAD. So it's all in the perception.
