It ripples because it was too applied thick. Thin, thin, thin layers. Base, 
color and top must be thin. Thinner! I know, I thought that I was doing it thin 
too, then I watched the CND video on YouTube on how thin is thin. Did anyone 
save that link? Unfortunately I did not :-( 
It was about how to do the frost colors. Maybe just search CND, Shellac 
application, shimmer and frost.
