If you're paying a percentage she should be supplying all products and
equipment. If you're supplying all of your products and equipment, you need
to agree on a rental price. Ask to pay $50 a week for six months and
increase as is appropriate in your area.

There are rules that distinguish between a booth renter and an employee, I
recommend that you find that information and use it to your advantage.
There are so many salon owners that don't have a clue what they're doing.
These rules go to the kind of licensing you need as well, read up!

She's making out well if you're supplying everything AND paying a
commission....will you come clean my house and pay me for being allowed to?
;-)
