Educate them. That's all you need to do. I explain exactly what they're
getting at the other places and invite their non-English speaking techs to
refute it.

I also emphasise that I do speak English and I can explain every aspect of
their service. I then ask if they can get that there. Then I nod and say,
"exactly. You get what you pay for."

Bottom line, NSS serve a purpose. They are the Walmart of the industry.
Plain and simple, if that's the type of service you want, then help
yourself.
