I realized I never updated my email address with mailman so it rejected my
email to the list - resending for everyone else's benefit.

Also, now that I'm on a computer - Mike Hammett's reference (
https://thebrotherswisp.com/index.php/geo-and-vpn) suggests
[email protected].
