Not answering for Aaron but I almost have the same issue. Where I am there
is a monopoly. My *ONLY* option is a single ISP with coax. I got a /29 from
them as I needed a few static IP's. I would love if they allowed BGP and
would love it even more if we went back in time 10 years and had access to
fiber.....
