The other way I can understand "end to end solution" is "a solution that 
presents the same address to both/all peers of a session". If that's what you 
mean, then you have discounted all options that include translation. If the 
topic under discussion is a translation solution, what you would therefore be 
saying is "I don't want to play". That's your option, but you just removed 
yourself from the conversation.
