I remember i've done it with my OCaml module, it registers handlers for .cmo files and handles them in C, not via Tcl. I had to provide API to ns_conn and other stuff of course but it is not that complicated as it looks.

It is much more than that: you need to open some of the things
now only visible to the Tcl level, to Javascript as well in order
to do something "meaningful". But is not impossible. It is just work...
