Here, I've asked specific questions about working issues that concern our customers, and, consequently, our company: what should we answer customers? When will transfers be answered? We have a lot of tickets stucked.

But it looks like a hidden ban exists. There haven't been any accomplished transfers for Ukrainian IP holders since the RIPE 85 meeting. This should be seen as a temporary measure which has the advantage of being something we can apply straight away. RIPE NCC staff are currently investigating additional short-term measures and we will update you on our next steps after these have been discussed with the Executive Board.
