I definately would like to suggest you the great VivaGraph https://github.com/anvaka/VivaGraphJS
I used it for visualizing all the graph in www.xdiscovery.com (my startup). Web site is in dev, yet not public; meanwhile can see what is possible to do here: www.yasiv.com Anvaka (the developer) has been very kind and helpful, and i found the library very very neat.
