exhibit this and other don't.

As I said: because of the amount of mercury.
Some tubes have more, some have less mercury.
That's all.
Some have such less, that also if you go down to 40 Volts Ucc the spot does not appear. Jürgen has found one example on which they have forgotton to heat the giver pill and this example had no mercury at all. Unfortunately Jürgen heated it up, without taking a picture of the full pill.
