I just looked at the datasheets, those chips multiplex the display. That 
means only one 74141 needed per project. The digit select, is active low. 
You can use the traditional MPSA42/MPSA92 anode driver, with a simple fix. 
No not an inverter. Tie the bases of all the Anode MPSA42s to +5V, thru a 
base resistor, an connect the emitters to the corresponding IC output. This 
is the common base arrangement, which many seem to ignore.
