I think the signs are all metal. The porcelain items are the green roof tiles 
and the large white tiles on the side of the building, which I don't suppose 
anybody has any real use for.

Would it have cost 7,000 bucks to have that neon tubing replaced? Or did they 
go to the wrong person?
