I made a first rough cut at it, and it looks totally doable.  I tried to keep 
the high voltage wiring away from the LED wiring, and I didn't know how you'd 
be doing your colons, so I just put a pair of pads for each bulb.  One simple 
approach is to just mount the upper bulb on a standoff with long wires.
