Hi Jared,
The NTE 271 is a cross reference for that part. I'm not
guaranteeing that it will work...but it's worth a try.
best,
Ike

I have a TPS-05 power supply (the small one) that has gone down. It appears
that one of the power transistors has failed. It is a tip145. I've done some
looking and not finding this exact part available anywhere. Can I replace it
with a tip146 or 147? Or does anyone know of a different transistor that would
work.
I have a schematic and some data sheets if anyone cares to look at them.
Thanks,
Jared
