If you use Nessus' included "nessus-update-plugins" script, you do not have to do anything after the update. The script automatically HUPs the parent nessusd process. If you are not using the included script, then yes, you will need to HUP the process (PID should be stored in /usr/local/var/nessus/nessusd.pid). ~Jay -- .. .. Jay Jacobson ..
