Do you mean query/dump the plugins? If so, then to connect to host
192.168.0.50 on port 1241 as user xxx with password yyy, try:
nessus -q -p 192.168.0.50 1241 xxx yyy
If that still does not work for you, then please send the specific
command(s) that you are trying along with the output.
