If a client is already on the server, utilising his 1 x 1 quota, and another
client then connects, then that second client will be unable to initiate any
scans.

Maybe a server side option to limit the total number of hosts x checks would
be an idea? SOmething that can only be set from console, rather than via the
clients GUI.
