So both systems are loading the Entity MIB file,
but only one recognises the name entPhysicalSerialNum
To me, that implies that the two MIB files are possibly slightly different.
What does the command
sum ENTITY-MIB.my
report on each system?
If they show different checksums, then take a close look at the
two definitions of the entPhysicalSerialNum object.
If they show the same checksum, then I'm stumped!
