As I said earlier, I'm running out of ideas now.
All I can suggest is running
/usr/local/bin/snmpget -Dparse-mibs -v 2c -c ROcomm rta
.1.3.6.1.2.1.47.1.1.1.1.11.5000
and compare the results.
Can you spot any difference (other than in the final output string, of course!)
