OK - I've spotted one significant difference between the two:
dparse.5421 contains:
ENTITY-MIB is in /usr/local/share/snmp/mibs/rfc2037-ENTITY-MIB
:
Module ENTITY-MIB already noted
ENTITY-MIB is now in /usr/local/share/snmp/mibs/ENTITY-MIB.my
dparse.561 contains:
Module 34 ENTITY-MIB is in /usr/local/share/snmp/mibs/ENTITY-MIB.my
:
Module ENTITY-MIB already noted
ENTITY-MIB is now in /usr/local/share/snmp/mibs/rfc2037-ENTITY-MIB
So one command ends up using rfc2037-ENTITY-MIB, while the other
uses ENTITY-MIB.my
Try removing one of these files from both directories.
My guess is that you should then see the same behaviour
on both systems.

It would probably be sensible to delete this file from (both?) directories
when you remove the redundant ENTITY-MIB file.
