That' because the Perl headers are included first in the Net-SNMP Perl
modules and because in these headers _WIN32_WINNT is set to 0x400 which
causes the IPv6 structures to be hidden. This patch should fix it (I'm not
sure whether it applies cleanly on the 5.7 sources):
