Bart,
My understanding is that "embedding Perl in Net-SNMP" are the Perk SNMP
Extension modules from the CPAN website. Ideally I would have liked to
have used these, I hadn't realised they had not been ported to Windows.
However - even without the "embedding Perl in Net-SNMP" modules I should
still be able to build the "Net-SNMP Perl modules" (which I've struggled
to do). I should still be able to invoke a perl script by adding a perl
command to the snmpd.conf file. In order to do this do I still need to
modify the net-snmp-config.h file? This seems to be an auto-generated
file. Should I modify the net-snmp-config.h.in files?? If so what do I
#define NETSNMP_EMBEDDED_PERL to?
Regards,
Ali
