The files are corrupted by:
1. saving it (applikations: XPress, PageMaker, Freehand)
2. copying it to the server
3. copying it from the server
but all errors occure only from time to time.

I found out, that freehand (7 and 8) has problems with the handling
of jpegs. I use eps or tiff-files for the work in freehand and I have
no problems with printing the files.
