Hello
I installed last version of Netdisco ans it scan several device wich
manage several ip network
For some device I got all ip seen ( In IP inventory reports) and for
each IP I got the equivalence MAC <=> IP for node
But for some network I got no IP address and no equivalence IP <=> MAC
( but network has been detected because I could selected the networdk
like 10.10.10.0/27 in IP inventory.
In the same time , Vlan members are not shown.
So I think there is an snmp issue ( netdisco-do discover is correct) ,
maybe mibs isn't present ( device is avaya 5510-24T)
Maybe I miss somethings else ...
Do you have any clue ?
Another question about netdisco inside a distributed environnment
I got 2 poller netdisco in too different place and one database
* poller1 : DB + backend + web interface
* poller2 : backend connected to poller1 database
How could I do to tell to each poller to request only certain device
Actually I declared all device in eache poller and I set the device_only
parameters like this
on poll1
devices_only:
- 'group:device_pool1_part1'
- 'group:device_pool1_part2'
on poll2
devices_only:
- 'group:device_pool2_part1'
- 'group:device_pool2_part2'
through Web Interface, If I plan a discover of a device from
device_pool2_part1, Will netdisco launched discovering from pool2 ?
