No Subject

I don't know how this works or if I'm doing the right thing but I am not a
computer whiz so excuse me .
    PROBLEM : Using NetMeeting, my party can not call me. I can't hear her,
she can hear me.
                            In the audio tab of options, my " enable full
..." is grey. only the "allow..." is / can be checked.
                                    Help please !
                              And how do I check for response from you ?
