Thanks for the email. It doesn't seem to matter what I do but I can't get
onto any of the microsoft ils's. Is it easier to get onto populus and the
other non microsoft ils's because they are not busy? If I try to use ils5
for example as the ils to list my info it won't log me on. Are they all
that busy and does it take a long time to get onto one of the microsoft
ils's. Do you have a video cam?
