I have used the IP direct connection and found both the audio and video to
be better than connecting through an ils server. One of the nice features
about NetMeeting 3.01 is that it provides the IP address assigned by the
ISP. If version 2.11 is being used, using another application such as ICQ
or some freeware application will provide the IP address assigned by the
ISP.

I have the same problem. I understand I might be able to by pass the
ILS
servers by calling the other party using their IP address (which

change at every call the other party is connecting through an ISP

IP address) but I haven't had a chance to try it out yet.
