given both parties are using icq, you can click on the persons name one time,
then click on info menu item to get persons ip address, which you can then use
to make call in net meeting. on current version of icq, you can click 1 time on
persons name and there is a telephony menu option (can't remember what it is
called off hand). one of the options there it to make net meeting call.
