Your LAN must be TCP/IP enabled -- you can call to another station on the
LAN by calling the IP address or computer name -- you can ignore the need
call for a server or an attempt to dial out to your ISP at NetMeeting start
up ( or with suitable adjustment -- like setting NM not to log in to a
server and setting internet settings not to dial out automatically prevent
it from happening)
