[NetMeeting] can't connect

Hello, I'm a new netmeeting user and am having problems getting netmeeting3 working....I keep getting the message the directory server could not be found, you may not be connected to the network or mispelled the name, to change servers go to tools and options..do I have to change something in my dial-up networking on my computer or some such thing? as it seems i can't connect to any of the directory servers.   Thanks, Larry
