A lot of providers put users behind a NAT router that does not support H.323
and therefore NetMeeting audio/video ( is your local IP address 10.x.x.x,
172.16-32.x.x, 192.168.x.x?). What router does your ISP supply.
It may be that all you can do is complain to your provider to supply better
routers.
