I am sorry I don't know of specific stand-alone routers that support
H.323 -- I personally use Sygate which is a NT/98 based router to a cable
modem -- it also works over dial up so with some effort could probably work
with ISDN.
I think you have to ask the router supplier the specific question -- does
your router support H.323.
