I'm a little confused by this statement.  Why should the router care what
protocol is passing through it?  Isn't it just IP packets with source and
destination information as far as a router is concerned?  Support for H.323
is a big deal for firewalls but I don't see where routers should be a
concern unless a router is serving as a firewall.  What am I missing?
