I believe a headset will fix the echoing that causes this. I found much
improvement even if only one of the two parties in the conversation have one
headset.

There is also an alternative you can use to remove the echoing:
- When you're in a session, click going into the Mic/Speaker control view
(head with blue t-shirt button in NM 3).
- When you speak block your speaker by removing the tick on the speaker box.
You can say 'over'
- When you hear unblock the speaker.
- The other party should be doing the same as you synchronise a
communication by saying over as in a CB one way communication.

Of course this is not desirable but can be used to prove the echoing problem
and is fun if nothing else.
