I have a few problems here:

1) sound....delayed too long, distortion, echo,
    feedback like you wouldn't believe.  I use a
    built-in mic, have monitor mounted speakers,
    full duplex.

2) when I start NetMeeting 3, video buttons are grayed out....have to
reboot.  (I had NetMeeting 2 which came with computer, it didn't work at
all...so I downloaded 3)

3) video image will freeze up on occasion.
