I don't have a solution, only some info. I suspect the reason that
netmeeting works on internet explorer but not netscape is due to the
scripting language -- VBScript -- used to make netmeeting work in the web
page. While internet explorer works with vbscript (microsoft's scripting
language), netscape navigator does _not_ work with vbscript. Navigator
cannot use vbscript. It uses another scripting language called JavaScript
(Netscape's scripting language).
Whether you use switch to using javascript, so that your netmeeting/web page
works in navigator is something I don't know. If you could that would be
great, since internet explorer can also use Javascript, meaning that if you
could use Javascript instead of vbscript, then the same web page would work
in both browswers. As it is now, with using vbscript, it will only work in
microsoft's browser and not netscape's.
If someone on this list doesn't give you a solution, or even if they do, I
suggest finding a Web page with netmeeting in it, like you want, and then
see if it works it navigator. If you find one, then you can view source for
the Web page and see how they did it, or just copy and paste the code you
need and then modify it for your Web page.
