I think that message generally comes up when the T.120 or H.323 stacks can't
initialize -- is there something on the computer that could be initializing
and using the T.120 or H.323 ports?
Is the NetMeeting that you are running attempting to log into the ILS that
is on the same machine -- I haven't done it lately but I used to run ILS 2.0
and NetMeeting ( maybe V2 ) from the same NT server box without incident --
I don't recall using the ILS as my default login at the same time but that
may have happened as well.
