If you sound card doesn't meet the min requirement of Netmeeting,
it will refuse to work (particular for sound input).
Sound cause a lot of problem in Netmeeting ( broken, echo,..)
I am using CuPhone (www.cuphone.com) which has camera and handset interface
build in. All problem goes away.
