Thx sooooooo much for this info..very frustrating to be able to see but not
be able to speak to the other person. I will try that. But..yesterday.. I
tried re-booting and then ran the wizard before doing anything. The wizard
test sound DOES work..but as soon as i get a connection..it stops. It WAS
working at first too.. that is the frustrating part. Thx again. Marg.
