Sygate. So it looks like I have to dis-able Sygate and upgrade MSN to 2.01.

There is a problem with MSN Messenger Invite type calls from multihomed
machines ( more than one Ip address) with V2.0 of Messenger -- there is a
new 2.1 version that supposedly fixes the problem.
If you use the html based Internet Directory I am under the impression that
the other end became the inviter -- so upgrading the other end may be
required as well.
Is this possibly what you are experiencing?
If you are behind a firewall, Nat router or proxy - you cannot invite
NetMeeting calls using MSN Messenger ( because essentially the other end
places the call) -- perhaps this is what you are seeing?
