I'm trying to summarize the rules for when you can
use a computer's machine name to contact them with
NetMeeting--but I don't KNOW the rules! If I call
someone on my LAN using their computer name,
it works. Is that the extent of it? I can't contact
someone on the internet using their computer name,
can I? Anyone out there know?
